Welcome to My Table — and My Island
I was raised in London, England, but my heart beats to the rhythm of Jamaica. My family has always taken immense pride in our heritage — we are the embodiment of the saying “Wi likkle but wi tallawah” — small in size, but strong, mighty, and unshakable in spirit. When we come together, we are a force to be reckoned with, and that pride runs deep in everything I do.
This business was born from a simple joy: introducing people to the flavors, stories, and soul of Jamaican culture. It began with food — rich curries, fiery jerk, and my signature sorrel and rum punch — and quickly grew into something more. I saw the way people lit up, not just from the taste, but from the connection to the island, the warmth of our hospitality, and the beauty of our traditions.
Today, our main star is sorrel — bold, vibrant, and steeped in heritage — but there’s so much more to come. From plates that bring people together to travel tips for exploring Jamaica, this space is my way of sharing the island I love, the family who shaped me, and the culture that makes me who I am.
So, pull up a chair, pour yourself a glass, and join me on this journey. Let’s celebrate the flavors, the stories, and the beauty of Jamaica — together.
